HelpTechIT are a new company based in Folkestone Kent that provides bespoke websites for a wide range of customers. We develop in many web technologies and have the experience and technique that we believe is vital to design, build and maintain your website.

We work on a one-2-one basis with our customers and handle the overall process to reduce stress, making the experience of getting their company online more pleasurable. We will write a proposal that will explain what we have in mind for your site and include some design work with no strings attached. If you do not like our first design we are happy to revise as many times as you would like until we find what you are looking for.



There is no need for you to use other companies for hosting and domain services. All of our sites come with one year's hosting and one year domain name.

Proposal – we will write a proposal with design ideas and the costs involved.

Feedback and revise – we will work with the customer's feedback and revise the site if necessary.

Agree design and service – contracts are sent to the customer to be signed to agree the work that is to be undertaken.

Purchase services – domain name and hosting services that are required by the project.

Build – we then build the website

Test stage 1 – test functionality, usability and so on

Upload – we upload the finished website to the internet (becomes live)

Test stage 2 – further testing is required to make sure it works the same online.
