In my experience, there are 2 groups of people the world of programming, type:
* * Those who like the high technology (IT) those who seek a decent mid-career
Let’s talk about providing what the programming needs of both categories. 1. These are the high-tech love these guys the most fortunate, as they like to get paid what they are. Because they love it, chances are pretty good that they are in the process and are well established in their careers.
They believe people in general with the latest technology because they find it interesting. Because they keep pace with technology, they are negotiable.
They deserve the respect of others at work, by the knowledge they have. If someone does not know what happens, what are these people who are called to save the day.
Needless to say, if the current requirements, and can make a healthy income can be earned to complete.
In my opinion, there are 2 major challenges faced by this group:
* Check it in a technical field they love, trapped at the expense of areas of technology, which pays the bills. * A tendency to restrict the value of their time and effort to comply strictly technological interests, and sometimes lost on exposure to areas other growth factors (such as core funding, marketing, communication).
If you look at these challenges in the back of your mind when you think you fit in this group because they are the world belongs to you.
2. Job seekers
In this group are not produced naturally in the world of programming. In general, they landed there after either a change in the direction of their careers, or by logging in that direction, because the security appears to offer programming.
Anyway, they do not like is generally of high technology, but can not offer the benefits of this world stability, intellectual stimulation, access to virtually all types of industries, a half – Decent (and potentially large) income and, perhaps most optimistic of all, a career.
It’s the good thing about this game: it does not require a 4-year securities beginning. Only a few specialized courses in programming and you go.
The good news is that the world is this group also oysters, although their challenges require a little more effort. Let’s talk about a few:
* This is not what they enjoy doing, which certainly does not help to job satisfaction. This means they have to develop other types of motivation (such as wages or safety of the workplace find). * Because this is not what they do, to love, he can not come so easily to them. You need to get the extra hour or 2 to get things or to maintain pressure. * Programmers spend considerable time on the computer. The day they do not want to talk with people, this is done an excellent job, but sometimes it can be a bit frustrating. It is up to them to interact, mingle with others, etc. move.
